The interlibrary loan program, administered through the Utah State Library Division, provides access to materials not available in the Richmond Public Library’s collection nor in the Northern Cache Library Consortium (NCLC). We've been awarded a grant from the Utah State Library Division that provides interlibrary loans at no cost to patrons.
Acceptance by the patron of any interlibrary loan item thereby transfers full responsibility to the patron for the item’s care and return to Richmond Library. Interlibrary loan borrowers will be billed for lost, stolen, or damaged interlibrary loan materials; the fee is determined by the lending library.
