Public Hearing - 04/02/24 6:30 P.M. - Ord 2024-10 - Rezone on the northeast corner of 200 S 800 W (Planning Commission)

The Richmond City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:30 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2024-10, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Numbers 09-066-0013 and 09-067-0005 from A-10 (Agricultural 10-Acre) and MLI (Manufacturing/Light Industrial) to RMD (Residential Medium Density). The parcels are located on the northeast corner of 200 South 800 West and total approximately 8.56 acres.
